Sorry MM i won't disclose my lawyers name on here. Firstly i haven't asked her permission and secondly she is still fighting many battles on behallf of other SADM clients many without bank guarantees. I wouldn't want her getting enquiring emails from people on here as she really is very busy.

Parrot you suggested in your first post that you did not use a lawyer to act for you now you refuse to name her .Surely if she has got a result for you she would be delighted to be named and recognized for her hard work .I would like to believe you Parrot but  fear you may just be squawking again ,did you really get a result and if so do you not think it would  be good to help others on the forum in any way you can . Sorry you misundesrtood MM.Yes of course i used a Spanish lawyer and like i said everyone should use a really good lawyer if they want a result.

I can assure you MM that i have thanked her truly for her excellent work. If you don't wish to believe me i'm really not bothered.

The Pratt has now put doubts in my mind. As MM points out, first he says he didn't use a lawyer. Now all are expected to believe that they lawyer is so busy, they do no want extra business.
My main legal advisors for business purposes are one of the very busiest in UK, yet, they would never say, sorry too busy to take on a client.. If it is a client they want.

Secondly, why would "her" permission be needed?
As everyone know, when you employ someone, be it a lawyer, a decorator, an accountant, you employ them and you have rights. Can you imagine a news report saying Mr Pratt got his money back but we are not allowed to say who is lawyer is. Mr Pratt's lawyer left the hearing with a sack over her head.

Mr Pratt wouldn't want "her" to be getting enquiring mails. Mr Pratt, she doesn't have to respond and are you now in "her" employ to vet who may contact her?

If your alleged good news is correct, why not share with all (excluding myself) by PM if you feel you need to protect your lawyer.  Is it April 01, already.

Hi Parrot it would be really good for others if you could give any info at all .The things that help others is knowing who the BG was with what procedure your lawyer followed ie resolving the contract through the court or did she have to litigate against the bank .Did you start the proceedings before or after administration .These  things  do not breach any confidentiality but can really help others build up a picture of which banks are taking responsibility and which are not .It saves people throwing good money after bad on stages of the process which may be pointless .

Many others have shared these details I find it strange that you would not wish to help others now that you are out., Regards MM

Don't understand why breaching confidentiality is a problem
When you employ the services of a lawyer, you employ them and it is they that should be honouring confidentiality.
On completion of a case, it is best to request all papers and documents should you need in future and these will not be released until all fees have been paid.
The documents are yours. You have paid for them and there should be nothing to prevent you passing the information on to whoever you want. The media if you wish.

This is a strange one where someone has employed a solicitor, claims they have worked wonders and now wants to prevent others who possibly have massive worries and financial problems resolved.

Please. If it is all true, let others know (excluding myself). You may be surprised what a relief it could give to many. Alternatively, keep all the information to yourself and gloat as others suffer.

I am quite prepared to provide information and help to anybody having problems with a bank guarantee other than yourself  or your little side kick. Although fortunately i don't believe the little side kick got one.

I just feel that  the parrot should do the right thing here after all he has nothing to lose anymore  .

He has taken advantage of information and advice on this forum on numerous occasions  but now  refuses to share what he has learned ,except to those he deems worthy by PM only .

I could post various information and advise I have shared with the parrot which he was more than happy to receive .

In the end I do not think he gives a shit about any one except himself .
