Heard news this week from our Lawyer Carlos, that he has won another case in the High Court in Madrid against Banco Popular Hipotecario(sp?). They won deposit+interest+legal fees. No appeal can be made by the bank. The Judge said that the development is illegal and there is no possibility of using the Administrative Silence Rule on the SMGH development. I have known the person concerned for a few years now, and despite many ups & downs, he never gave up the fight to get his deposit back. Congratulations to you both.
