Hi Maria,

May I ask you, would you describe a Spanish lawyer as "excellent"  and/or one to be recommended ,who advise their client to complete on an off-plan property in Marbella that should have been ready for habitation in July 2005, that has a  building licence  that has been subject to investigation since 2004 and no LFO to date?

Hi

100% agree. and so does my solicitor..      Now whats plan B ?

I have an apartment  on another development with no licence and part of it missing so there is no chance I would complete on it and thats the advice from my solicitors.

Its a poorly built dump and if I loose my money then thats my plan B for this particular property.

Its a situation of a case by case basis
