House sitting service, Padron, etc.

Hi All,

Hope you're all enjoying the snow! Mind you the novelty has worn off now!

Nigel and Jo (our neighbours at no. 36) have asked if we could post that they are offering a house sitting service (for non residents). They will air your property weekly, flush toilets, run taps etc. and will look after the general maintenance in your absence as Nigel is a handyman. Jo offers a thorough cleaning service and will also sort out items for your arrival such as groceries, bed linen etc. for a small fee.

We can personally vouch them as they have looked after our place since we moved in with no problems.

Nigel can help out with a padron and residencia if you are a permanent resident and he covers the general area surrounding Oriheula.

I would just like to make a correction to your post, Nigel & Jo actually live in apartment 32, we, the Sturdy's, live at  36.
