Community Fees

just to let you know that beneficary account name when making payment of the community fees is "Com. Prop. Mirador de la Vega II" as advised by Rodas to me today.

Unfortunately we did not have this information so our payment from our bank was returned but as it is my new years resolution not to moan so much I will just simply pass this information on to you all as it may be of use!

Loops, I'm sure you'll need to specify the specific Rodas account number. We are on mahersol development in Benejúzar (Mirador de la Vega 1) and ours is in the format -

2090-7230-47-0******411 apartments
2090-7230-47-0******504 garages

Both these admin accounts are with CAM bank

we pay the apartment charge every quarter and anyone with a garage just pays once a year
