check peinsas other sites, i bought on one of those. foung out i had no bg like most people and the ones who do the bank are refusing to payout, using excuses like the date has expired or the date hasnt run out and cant be executed.

Did you get your money back and if so how did you manage it? thanks.

no one is getting their money back,they dont have it. you will have to take them to court which costs approx 16000 euro which you get back if you win.IF.

Can everyone who is buying on Calas Del Pinar stop listening to scare mongers who are trying to panic us all and causing Piensa to fold. Bloody hell we have stuck it out this long, the site will be finished if we all calm down. Christ Pam and I have invested £70,000 of hard earned cash into Piensa and the last thing we want is to try to fight for our money back, BG's are a waste of time in this present climate so calm down and look forward to your new home you have bought.   See you all next year when we all move in, Ha Ha there coming to take me away Ha Ha Hee Hee.

i have invested more money than you with peinsa and im certainly not scaremongering,nor im i responsable for them folding. speak to your solictor or peinsa and find out for yourself.

I for one do not think Beadso is trying to cause a stir! You only have to speak to other buyers on other developments throughout Spain: Spanish, English and other nationalities (not just the Brits!!!!)

who are having problems with their off plan finishing on time or work coming to a halt, even solicitors cannot get a true answer to any questions!

I feel it only prudent, givn the news in the press over here (which you can find on Google and translate into English) on the state of the construction industry what is going on for yourself.

I think the earlier everybody gets answers to what is going on at the moment the better, at the very least get in touch with your solicitors now and get them to enquire as to the status of the build.

If your solicitor has not obtained a bank guarantee for you on your request then they MAY be liable!!!

correct me if im wrong but i dont think it serves any purpose for some one to post that everyone has lost there money i think that is your solicitors job to inform you of the FACTS, adding undue stress on this forum isnt fair , marriages could be under strain, peoples health could be affected  etc . Better to discuss hear say with your solicitor , if you havent got a good one i will put you in touch with mine, ( ive been posting for along time so im not tauting for business) Peinsa probably are in trouble like every builder developer across the world , these are difficult times for everyone. Regarding peinsa seeking to liquidate last month were is the evidence, my solicitor told me it was untrue thats not to say they wont try it I DONT KNOW

my solicitor was brillant got me bank gurantees with no fuss, always kept in contact , knows peinsa very well ,completed 3 weeks ago and got me a big discount

Went to San Juan today, looked around the site, there were 2 small vans near the office but no sign of any work going on unless the work men are doing work inside the houses, lights were on in the office but pretty quiet to say the least. A few buyers have already put their newly bought homes on the market with a few Se Vende signs about which is not unusual I know but a little premature in my view.

Wondering should I tell my children santas not coming now or wait till christmas day and tell them he has p---ed off to chile with your X box, oh ye he is a she (solicitor) or am i just making that up too.

hi mick&julie no48 phase2 paid deposit 90000euros now need about 95000 euro morgage to complete on property /we are using rose finance in mojacar / after6 weeks of trying they dont seem to be having any joy /anyone got a morgage recently could they advice us of which bank to try thanks mick&julie & is there a time limit which to complete

Had disappointing news from solicitor today.

confirming Peinsa position.  Trying to get us to take a property in a different phase.

Things not looking good at all.  Bank looking to not renew bank guarantees.  Will be checking out legal situation.

What phase are you in and what phase do they want you to move to.

I understand that Peinsa are in negotiation for re-financing with their bank and until such time as that happens the bank will not re-issue the guarantees.

Who knows whether that will be a positive or negative outcome!
