 Thanks Marlowjen for all your sound advice.points are all written down.I think most of the propertys we will be looking at.are not very old so hopeful there all electric.i don't like gas at the best of times let alone in a differant country.kind regards wendy x

 Hi Marlowjen.we live in the west country somerst.we've looked at so many place on line don't know where to go.we won't be having a car so we need easy access to shops etc.near beach husband likes fishing i like baking cup cakes and cake pops so might be able to sell a few lol.any ideas please. wendy
