Hi everyone

Does anyone know what was decided at the AGM as i am hearing a few things that concern me, talk of talking one of the lifts out of service to save money stupid idea for obvious reasons, alsoi have heard that we will all be paying the same amount of community fees obviously some people will be happy but not very fair on the people with small apts,(we voted against this) have the issues that people where concerned about been sorted ie rubbish bins for the block, the access code for the main entranceare we keeping one if so do we all get to know it not just a chosen few?  have we got  a new president and vice president if so some comunication would be nice when decisions have been made after all we are property owners as well we just do not live there full time yet, any info would be much appreciated as we are not back in almoradi untill 27th dec

Hi steve my name is nigel and i have bought a apartment in phase 3  214 with my wife debbi  we came out to almoradi in june to sign for  our apartment and we were not dissapointed with anything we still live in england but hope to spend as much time as possible in almoradi as we absolutely love the place, we are going out again on the 24th dec until 31st  We have recieved a letter about the community charges but not who we should pay them to or how do you happen to know  if so please let us know
