What a lot of bollocks! Ok their lane discipline is poor but no worse than the south of England.

Having driven in Spain for a number of years and having just travelled by motorbike from Bilbao to Murcia and back, I can honestly say Spanish drivers are no worse than anywhere else. I just treat every other driver on the road (anywhere) as an absolute idiot and that seems to work just fine.

Hi,

We're pleased to read  of the very positive  experiences of those of you who have moved into Frondoso already.  It sounds and looks wonderful.  We can't wait to join everyone and were wondering if anyone who is buying on M2 has had any definite news of when we should complete?  We are getting a wee bit impatient and would love to be able to come out at Christmas.

We were told the same but also noticed that the prices on LLave Azul's web site seemed lower than the original price.  Having signed a contract in 2007, is it likely that we could do anything anyway?

Hi everyone glad to see that at last some lucky people are moving in to their new homes.

My wife & I are hoping our house will be ready in the autumn & think that opening a Spanish bank account would now be a good idea. Unfortunately we won't make it out to Murcia till later in the year & were wondering how easy it is to set up an account from the UK. We would appreciate any advice on this matter; ie, what bank anyone would recommend, type of accounts etc.

Re- completion dates.  We bought our apartment in M3 last Feb. (2007) and were told September this year for completion. However our agent - Medsea - emphasised that no one would move on to the development until it was completed.... pools, green areas,shops etc.....and that no one would be living on a building site.  When we visited this summer it was obvious that September was not likely. Our apartment is still only a concrete base and pillars. The girl in the sales office said that the plan was for the whole site to be finished in March 09. We have since had a letter from Llave Azul confirming this.  This seems to contradict what other purchasers are being told.  ????
