The NIE number can be obtained in the UK, depending on which, Spanish Consulate you are near.  Unless things have changed drastically myself and my wife got our in Manchester at no cost.  Forms can be found on the web and full instructions.  If we can do it, it can't be that difficult.  If you require further send me an email and I'll try and locate the links.

My mum and dad are over in San Cayetano at the moment.  I directed them to the Rose & Thistle telling them they would get a great welcome and somthing good to eat and drink.  On there arival it was closed at 8pm on Tuesday night.  They have since been told the place has changed hands and Mark doesn,t own it any more.  Is this true or have they gone to the wrong place.  I hope, cos I enjoyed my time at this great place.

Last year I booked flights for mysefl and eight freinds to San Javier with Ryaniar.  Due to the large number of people I needed to confirm they could come initially I lost a cheap flight so on this occasion I rushed the booking so as not to lose out again.

In my rush one of my friends was entered as a Doctor and another as a Reverend, which are on a drop down menu on the booking page.

Neither had any problems even though their passports clearly state MR not DR or REV, I'm only glad no one needed any medical or spiritual help on the flight.

Don't worry about miss-spelling your name you'll be OK

You mention Tayay were in breach of contract.  If its not too much to ask could you indicate what the Breach was  ?  We have recently been in negociations with Taray and have told them they are in breach due to their failure to complete the facilities promised.  They responded by offering us the chance to swap our deposit to a property on phase 2., near to the pool that hs been built. This option we are currently considering.

Was this an option open to you ? Or have we been given this chance due to your success?  because they are now trying to be more flexible.
