I live on Gran Alacant.  Although my kids aren't teenagers yet, I can assure you there are plenty of teenagers here.  No reason for your daughter to get bored. We love it here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Maybe it's just me, but does it matter what the agent adds on to the price you ask for?  For eample if you ask for €100,000 and you get €100,000 what difference does it make if the agent adds on 1,3,5 or 10%?  You determine how much you want to receive.  In effect the buyer is paying the comission not the seller.

Or is that too simplistic?
