I personally think a heated pool would be a great idea. I to only come to my apartment a few weeks of the year but with a heated pool I may come out in the winter months to. I know people will moan about the cost but from what I can see the increase in cost on the community fees would ony be very small, proabaly in the region of 1.5 Euros per month. This I feel is a small price to pay for all year round use of a pool. We are currently all paying for the pool maintenance and up keep during the winter months and it will also add value and saleability to all our properties and to those that rent there apartments out it will certainly make them more attarctive to clients.
My apartment is on the ground floor so I have no need for the use of a lift but my community fees include the costs of there up keep but I don't moan. I am sure this will come to nothing but we should look at La Entrada as they have a heated pool and it is used regurlary by people there.
These are just my opinions and in no way make the opionons right just adds fuel to the debate.
