Bit confusing Skippy.  You said,  “but they never asked ( the Insurance Broker i did all this from a Email )me for my NIE number”.  Now you say,( The Insurance Company) “they told me that my NIEnumber was not the one they had on file.”  So what number do they have and where did they get it from ?( I think the broker used there number )

Im a non resident.

If the insurance company will not act on the info you sent, then maybe the easiest thing to do is change your insurance company.

PS  Sorry if I appear pedantic,  but NIE is Numero Identificación de Extranjero ( Number Identification for Foreigner).

Four years ago i took out newhouse  insurance from a broker and gave them my address etc but they never asked me for my nie number 

Recently i had to ring my insurance company and it was then they told me that my nie number was not the one they had on file so i asked how i could change it and they told me to email them the Nie Cert which i did after many calls been put on the longfinger and emails i eventually got a email back but its the wrong one still that they have on file 

any help thanks

 i was over in spain last week and i purchased a Hits Sim card from a Hits Agent and i told him i wanted to keep my Same number he took my movistar sim card details and my original passport 

He Gave me my hits sim card and

 in the mean time i got a text from hits saying we have sent your portability with reference number 4056777 

i then got another message from hits saying your portability with reference 4056777 has been confirmed for the 05/10/2016, 02.00

But im still not getting any networkCoverage etc  i cant make a phone call, I TRIED to sign into hits space but it wont send to my email address

Im back in ireland now i thought it would be connected up by now 

 

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks

unfortunately i wont be back over for a few weeks snd ill get it sorted then 

was a bit worried when i noticed a little drop of water on handle hope it doesnt leak while im a away

Having probs when turning off quite tight took ages to turn water off and was a little drip

 

Does this mains need lubrication or do i need a plumber
