I would much rarther pay fees for a place that jobs are being done, swimming pools that you can turn up for a swim when you fancy, and not having to pay for the upkeep of a pool that you might only visit a few weeks of the year,also having sercuity patrols roads maintained street light working, the list goes on, yes send me my monthy bill, not a problem

I also like these apts, what want to know could I get a loan on the from a bank, I've got over a £100k in the bank in the U.K. But with the £££ being so low to the Euro I don't want to buy it cash, I am 55 years old but me and my wife don't work,we live off our saving and have a couple of properties we rent out, So dose anybody think I would get a loan of 70k euro.
