Hello,

We have legal bank guarantees with CAM but are still being told by our solicitor that even after he has had the case 18months the bank have not given a firm date for return of 40% deposit.

Is anyone else in this situation please?

We have legal bank guarantees for 40% deposit . Our solicitor/notary has had our case for 18months but has still not had a date for return of paymants from CAM. So he informs us.

Is there anyone else left like us. I am aware that many people have had monies returned . Is it just us?

We own a house in Spain  which we have rented for a year.

Last December we paid a bill of 120euros for water and the next bill in March was also 120 euros which the tenant complained about.

In 8 years of owning the house we did not think we had a problem.

Aguagest said with their bill that their must be a leak. They came out and identified the leak was outside the house and said we should contact the community

The community admin said the community insurance should cover this. Then they said the insurance would not pay and they had an estimate for the work of 700 euros. The bill has now arrived and is 1180 euros.

The leak was about 2 yards   from our garden gate outside our neighbours property. The water meters are in the centre of the community .

Our insurance will not cover the leak as it does not affect the house.Does anyone know if we should really be paying. we have no control over what goes through community land and works have been done by gardeners etc outside the houses.

I have to say that I was planning for an Easter Party but have no neighbours so far to party with!
Maybe I can join in your Easter egg hunt?
Are we all barmy I ask myself? But I probably don't want an answer to that anyway!!!

We are buying a house on the higher ground in Phase 2. 
These are not due for completion ,we understand, to approx.Mar 09.
No christmas dinner but perhaps Easter?
Looking on the net there are I think 13 of the houses for sale of around 30 on that phase.

I would love to know if we will have neighbours to meet.
Please just reply and we could plan a get together
