call BT Madrid on 900 811 211 option 1 

they are an authorised dealer for BT in Spain and not part of BT UK

easy to see why there may be confusion but all can be cleared up in one call

this is not a negative email doubting your thoughts but can you extend on why you think that there is an imminent light at the end of this tunnel

I have no further information from FSA, Thomas Fernandez or Jose Luis Chillion to support the long repeated tact of 'everything will happen within the next month' - like you rightly point out we've heard this for over two years now.

I understand there has been a 2nd burglary on the urbanisation (no 37) which seems to have been carried out in broad daylight at the weekend. I don't know what was removed other than the safe which as it turns out is not really secured at all.

I can only urge those who are on the development to be extra vigilent for their own sakes and possible consider the additional security advice offered on the message board.

I'm not sure if this has spurred the developer into actioning the security, as I understand was promised, via the management company but in the mean time please all be extra careful.

I find this extremely concerning that the development may be perceived as an easy soft touch already as the security side of the sales pitch was a significant factor for us.
