I just want to warn other home owners to avoid this family at all costs. We had the police called, the Guardia Civil, they had a puppy and we are very clear about no pets allowed. However they left the apartment in a dreadful state. The children had drawn all over the walls and they had sprayed beer all over the bedrooms including up the walls and all over the curtains.

I know they are still in Spain moving from rental to rental. Beware!

 We were at our apartment during the summer and the air con was so hopeless we did have new gas put into the system costing 70 Euros. It made a difference but the air flow into the various rooms is terrible. Some rooms have no air flow while others are freezing. We adjusted the vents etc but nothing seemed to work.

Hi everyone,

We have purchased a ground floor unit in Pebble Beach. We live in New Zealand and will not be in Spain until next year. We would be really, really grateful if anyone could post some updated photo's of the complex so we can see how it all looks. We have been keeping an eye on the progress photo's from the developer, but it would be nice to see some real shots of the place.
