I am looking to purchase a car in Spain and have been advised to be careful as if fines are owed on the vehicle when you purchase it you are responsible for them. Doed anyone know if that is true please?

That Playtime is still there and is just round the corner from the school. There is also a toddler's sing and dance class at Asturius Restaurant. I went there a few times with a friend and her daughter. For 4 year olds it would be perfect and is a good opportunity to meet other mums and their children. It is on every Monday from 10am to 11am.
