Hello,

I am flying into Alicante in the summer with my wife and 3 year old daughter in tow for her first trip abroad! I would like some advice on where to stay...which village/area/town? I am after a quiet family friendly area, close to areas to interest to keep my daughter entertained (ie, harbour, a nice sandy beach, warm sea etc). We will be hiring a car so travelling north or south is not an issue. We are spending the 2nd part of our holiday near Murcia so would prefer to stay and enjoy a different area initially.

Any help or advice you could give would be greatly received.

Thanks for your help, Phil.  No car so not car insurance.  I'm wondering if it's buildings and contents insurance? Will track back through previous statements to see if there are any annual payments which came out this time last year.  Does seguros mean insurance?

I presume one of them is community fees and Iberdrola is water or electricity but am a bit confused as to the others!

I am looking to rent an apartment on, or as near as possible to, Jardines 5 for friends and family to be able to visit us on Condado between 16th and 24th August.  It doesn't really matter whether it is 2 or 3 bedroomed.  Any responses regarding availability and price would be much appreciated.
