 I have my apartment in block 3 up for sale at 72,000 euros which is half of what I paid for it. In the last few weeks I have had 2 cash offers only for the people to pull out at the last minute. Both of these were due to buyers reading the complaints on this site. I was told they heard about dogs constantly barking, pool not open and community fees unpaid so we can't afford maintenance of the complex. I have just spent a week at my apartment and heard the dog on the roof terrace bark very briefly on two seperate occasions.( It would be very unusual to live ANYWHERE where you NEVER hear a dog bark) but I can honestly say this was far from being a nuisance. The pool has been refurbished and is now open with underwater lighting at night which is beautiful. The gardens are neat and well maintained and the painting of the blocks is in the final stages. I feel really sad that buyers have a poor image of Angel de Miraflores when it is such a lovely place and most of the negatives have been resolved. How about people posting some positives about Angel to let people see that it is not at all neglected and noisy.

I have just read the whole of this thread. How nice it would be to hear in the future that your holier than thou attitude jumps up to bite you on the bum, that you have hit hard times, and nobody has sympathy with your situation. Just saying ....

I think it is an excellent idea to issue pool passes only to owners who have paid their community fees. This should be put on the agenda for the next meeting but only people who have paid should be allowed to vote.

As this system can be open to abuse there should be a limited number of people allowed in on the pass.depending on the size of the apartment.
