Just been thumbing through the properties for sale and was wondering if there is a dirth of properties for sale in Playa Flamenca area? I ponder this because i cannot see any on EOS. Every other site I notice there are plenty so am wondering why people are not putting their property on EOS ? Curious

Hi

We need to pay our taxes in spain La renta and council taxes. I believe that our SUMA is paid by D/D but is it possible to pay our La renta on line to save going down to Spain? We have owned an apartment in Horizonte Playa Flamenca for 7 years (off plan) and have up to now had a solicitor - but they were next to useless (although they did make sure our taxes were paid - at a price!) so we have binned them. I am told that the nearest Taxe office in oriheula but that is quite a way for us to travel from our apartment, so paying on line would be ideal. Any help would be gratefully recieved.

PS we have been trying to sell the apartment for some time now but the market seems flat.

Yes we have tried many sites over the past few years and they all seem very much the same (promise a sale, take your money) some of them then go to the wall having made a small fortune out of people. Pheonix Auctions was one such site, fortunately we managed to get our money back, before they went phutt (£1500) mind you we were kicking up a stink and think they did it to keep us quite!!!

EOS is a fairly reliable site and we have had several enquiries (mostly tyre kickers though), I suppose the lesson here is "if it sounds too good to be true ----- It probably is"

Good luck with your rental - word of mouth is the best way forward for that side.

Just wondering if anyone has been "caught" when advertising on Golden Sands Developments ? We paid for advertising and after taking payment communication was regular (no buyers enquiries though). I looked the other week as we had no enquiries, and the site has closed - taking our money with it !!! I have tried to contact Kerrie (one of the site owners) but zilch !!! does anyone know how we can get some of our money back? The site did guarantee to sell within six months - I will leave that to your imagination.

Thank you very much for the information, which would explain why we saw their office in Torrevieja closed up some time ago.

Must admit we had a raw deal from them, but that is another story in which we (I am sure) are not alone.
