Hi All

I am at AZ31 and agree with previous comments re new layout, I think we all were sold on the large communal pool area with spanish village type facilities - ideal for families and unique to this development - ie not all golf course driven etc (if we had wanted golf on site would we not have bought across the road or on the numerous polaris resorts) and now to down grade to a pitch and put and small pool is not on.  Is this cast in stone and do we know what the future plans are - this may be stop gap solution for the early completions as the main central area was not due for completion for another 3-4 years.

I have asked my agent to investigate further and will let you know of any update

I see some of you are close by - look forward to seeing you at completion in a year or so.

Hi

In all the places - holiday lets etc that i have been to I am yet to see an alarm system.  In the main the first line of security appears to concentrate soley on not allowing access in the first place - steel window grilles - security shutters etc.  There is not a allowance for security within our base fit-out specifications.  When i stayed on Mar Menor resort recently there were 3 reported thefts - all in occupied villas - all through open windows at night - another point is that if you declare an alarm system to your insurers and you dont have it on - is your insurance invalid in the event of a claim -  Communal vigilance may the best form of defence.

Its hard to see but the circular road (road around main communal area) is at reduced level all the way round (ie ready to receive road make up) and the main entrance road is also at reduced level - still painfully slow though

Hi All

Just got back after new year in spain - we visited site on 28th Dec - work was continuing quite well - show houses will be complete at end of Jan/Feb and approval for main work is imminent as principle is now agreed (or so I was told).  Peinsa now have a full site set up and were working on infrastructure elements whilst we were there.
