Count me in too. We are disgusted that SOMEONE has been allowed to keep £15.000 of our money for almost 5 years with nothing but empty promises to show for it.

Hi all, I've just found out about this site from Anita Tukec who has taken over from Jason in Spain. We paid our deposit 5 years ago this October. We have just recieved a letter from the builder but it is in Spanish. I have been trying to get other peoples email addresses from spain but for privacy reasons this was refused. My email address is ellammunro@hotmail.com perhaps we could get together and get one of the television programmes interested.
