just another comment i have been ringing various solicitors over the past fortnight to represent me against aldea advisors.nobody even followed up after my initial enquiry did they know something was coming?

hello simang i spoke to the woman who answers the phone at aldea last week she told me that the manager was not going to accept phone calls that day or any day she told me the same to consult another solicitor i can well believe they have gone bust and that our money has been stolen spoke to another solicitor last week he questioned whether they were a registered solicitors if not then they will not have indemnity insurance and if so to pursue your money you would have to sue the assets of the company.what will that be if all the assets have been embezelled.

a conversation the other day with a new spanish solicitor is the company you dealt with a" registered solicitor"

or just a legal advisor.apparently there is a big difference as a legal advisor cannot really have proffessional indemnity.

a concept i never considered and im sure most people led to these so called solicitors by some of the biggest property

agents in the country at the time (parador) would not have either.

can parador spain explain to the buyers of properties from the original parador properties in conjunction with their close associates aldea advisors where they stand in relation to their purchases, and if the highly recommended aldea adv isors are a bona fide solicitors with the necessary proffessional indemnities to cover themselves as solicitors.if not then why did parador properties as one of the leading overseas agents in england lead us to take the advice of bogus solicitors.would somebody with some clout at parador spain please reply to me or i will post my concerns on every available source of media i can possibly find to express my concerns.
