I I have been reading new regulations regarding short term rentals up to 2 months.  Does anybody know what are the regulations for longer rentals over 2 months?

We always go to Marlows when we visit Duquesa , when we were there 3 weeks ago we really enjoyed  the fish and chips and I had cheesecake which was delicious.  The waitress always remembers us and the service is always good.  Look forward to our next visit in June.
