just back from a visit place is buzzing resturants&bars are busy weather is really hot

 builders have been in and finished any snagging that needed doing . filled in all the cracks & painted the whole house again  looks really good  .the builders have now started on phase3 & where finishing the swimming pool on phase3 .also the walkway that runs through the middlle of the site was having new kids climbing frames fitted& also the front of the site looks a little bit tidy so on a positive note at least theres some work going on & im sure as the market picks up the site will get finnished

hi booked a car back in june with goldcar from murcia airport for 3 weeks starting on the 18th august to september 9th .just logged into goldcar to print voucher when i noticed ive planned to pick the car up 3.30 but arrive 4.30 so used the option to change the times just in case / as i done this the original price 470euros went up to 780euros . i phoned them up and they said nothing they could do as the computer takes it as a new booking at todays rate .i would have cancelled but getting a car elswere is no cheaper so beware

mick phase2  just spent a few days in calas del pinar trying out the new house / will move the furniture out in march next time out around the 15th to 22nd so if any one is around i buy them a beer / in the mean time i just spent two nights in a sleeping bag on the floor / i dont recommend it  bit cold floor very hard  / had a problem with toilet when flusing water leaked from the back of the system told patricia in office sent 3 workman around straight away could not believe it /they pulled the toilet out fitted new pipe that was leaking resealed the toilet job done .also i did notice the beday? or bidday? next to the toilet as been fitted slightly wonkey / will get them to fix next time other than that everything ok.fitted the gas bottle to boiler /which was really easy /now get really hot water.arranged to meet up with two english guys who live in agguilles regarding having a security grill on the back door/ but they reccommendid just have some extra locks on and it should be fine also save me some money / which was really honest of them/ they also fit light fittings for around 10 to 15 euros each light . ive asked them also to fit a little safe in one of the cuboards & sort the front garden out /which they can do /so there worth knowing if you have any proplems .if anyone wants there number /send me a private message.although nothing has seemed to be happening on site for the last few months i did see a few workmen fitting some type of plastic tubing to the front  boxes on the garden wall / which could be the street lights but not sure.i think this was phase 4or 5 so at least some thing is being done .also having air conditioning fitted to living room & 2 bedrooms from the shop opposite site for about 1400 euros the make is LG which every one seems to have good luck to everyone on completing& see you in the summer
