 We use spanishtaxforms.co.uk - £25 for both of us if you pay yourself at a Spanish Bank before December, if not its a bit extra for them to pay for you.  Extremely efficient and no hassle.

We used a company based in murcia called "puriasimpact" to move our furniture from the UK & store it for a couple of weeks until we completed.  They were very friendly, professional and efficient.  It was a few years ago that we used them but i'm sure they still operate and have various storage options.
