Just to let you know, if you live in Valencia region and get an ITV from Murcia region (it´s cheaper) It´s NOT valid and you face a €100.00 fine.

It´s something to do with a sound test, decibels etc.

I wanted to cancel my Vodafone and was advised (by the Vodafone shop) to dial 123 and tell them that I was leaving Spain and shutting down my bank account but wanted to stay on PAYG.  The lady was very helpful and tried to persuade me to have a lower tariff.  I insisted I was leaving Spain and closing bank account.

Result,  account cancelled.

 Why not try Orihuela, historic City, no Brit urbs, 30mins to Murcia, 30mins to beaches,mountains everywhere, Lovely.

You won't like it, all the shops shut from 2.00 till 5.00PM (apart from supermarkets)  You might prefer Torrevieja, yeah

 Underfloor heating is all very well for the floor, but theres the rest of the room to consider, most Swedes love their underfloor heating but also have air conditioning. A VERY efficient way to heat or cool a room/house.

The modern air conditioning system works on a reverse cycle system, and the efficiency racio is approx. 3 X 1 (in laymans terms to make it easy)

Which means if you get 3KW you pay for approx 1KW or less, depending on the system installed & how it's installed.
