Hi! Has anyone out there bought from the above development? We are considering embarking on joining the Costa Del Sol Action Group to fight to either get our money back or get the Villas built? Anyone with any constructive advise would be appreciated.

Hi! We purchased a Villa in 2003 off-plan with Palmera Properties and it is still not built. Has anyone else out these had or having any problems the same? Phase 1 has been built, two years late, but hey!  Are you a purchaser of this phase and would be interested to know if people have actually got their promised properties or should be give up the ghost?
