Hi All

Dont know if your still having trouble completing on your properties but my parents had same trouble they were told property ready in december but didn't complete till end march.

The only way they finally got everything moving was to bypass parador and ring there solicitors direct and once they did this it was a matter of a couple of weeks and they were told they could organise trip to go out and complete. Once solicitors got involved parador changed there tune and arranged the completion.

Hi All

Does anyone know if you can get the equivalent to pay as you go internet acess in spain.  My parents live there and are trying to sort out internet acess but they only go online for about 2hrs a week so it's not really worth them paying a monthly fee for broadband.

Any info will be helpful

My parents live on the site and were told when they brought the property that the community satelite would have acess to over 80 channels including english and once the site was finished there would be no need for them to purchase there own dish.

When they arrived most of the permanent residents have dishes and are paying monthly subscription fees. They just wanted to know if this is true and whether its worth them getting a dish installed or to wait a couple of months for the community satelite. 

Any info would be good
