Hi all
Below is an email I recieved today from Intercala phase 3 administrators, higueron@intercala.com if you have any problems with your apartment now is the time to resolve it.
I would advise any phase 3 residents who wish to know the progress / completion of all community facilities to register their details with Intercala. I have recently recieved the minutes of the last EGM, which was to resolve the problem with bad Debtors who have outstanding community fees. Also in AOB the promoter has said that it is their intention to finish all the pending works.
The minutes are very detailed and I would suggest that residents obtain their own copy.
We are more than happy with our apartment and hopefully in the not do distant future further completion of the promised facilities will commence.
