We are thinking of getting a prepaid euro Mastercard before visiting Calahonda.  Can anyone tell me if they are widely accepted in shops like Lidl, Mercadona and Supersol, Your help will be much appreciated

We are coming to Calahonda, Costa del Sol  this winter for four months.  Do you know if it possible to register with a doctor and if so how to go about it. Any help would be apreciated. Many thanks
