You will need an engineers report then go for  itv afterwards you can go to Tarragona and get the correct paperwork.

I think you will also need the padron. Are you living here now ?

Hi , I live near Tortosa and my partner is an estate agent. Most of the properties in the countryside are for sale by English people.There is no work for them and they are finding it hard to manage. Land tax here is very low ,and not many people are paying IBI on their country properties as they are not classed as houses.

Hope you find what you are looking for in the area. It is a very beautiful part of Spain and not too hot!!
