Hi, I felt I needed to defend Princesa Kristina from the negative comments made by the previous person.

The complex is definitely  not a concrete jungle, the green areas are spacious and well planted. There is  a tennis court and two paddle tennis courts and a large swimming pool.

The town houses are painted cream and the apartments are mustard.

You can walk to the Port approx. 20 mins. The area is quiet, but then you have the best of both worlds, a car is recommended but you can easily get by without one. There are paths, but again its knowing the area. 

We use and rent out apartment and have return bookings from families.

I appreciate that everyone has their own opinion on what they like and dislike, but such negativity is hard to understand from someone who apparently has not stayed there.

Hi to all other Princesa Kristina property owners.

We completed in 2006 on our phase 1 apartment, and have no regrets at all.

The developement and finish to the properties is first class and great value for money.

The location is great, walking distance to the beach and Port, and a short drive to Gib and Estepona etc. and  terrific for golf. What more could you ask for!

Looking forward to our visit next month.

Hi, just come back from Princesa  Kristina, went to Ammex, who say minutes will be sent out within next two weeks. Complex looking good, much busier. Permanent sun shades had been delivered for  around pool and in the communal gardens, hopefully will be erected very soon. New president has been elected who appears to have the right attitude and the communities interests at heart. Don't know all the details from the AGM but I think one of the points raised was about the  type of  partitions  to seperate the terraces, also what action to take against non payers of community fees.

Hi, we are buying 2bed/bath  ground floor apartment on Alhambras II.

The developer is outside contract, the matter is in hands of solicitor but Mosa will not cancel contract and only alternative is to take them to court, no guarantee of winning although we have a strong case.

Really fed up with false promises, delays, change of personnel , kitchen company going bust etc!

Apartment up for sale and  were told by Mosa that you can sell before completion and it  is for sale in their sales office.

Havent bought golf user rights, why throw more money after bad?

Chances of selling extremely slim.

Mosa may turn out good in 10 years time, who knows!
