Looking some information and hopefully someone who lives in Spain will have more knowledge.
We bought of plan in Herrado del Torre back in 2006 nearly 20 years, won our case against the banks of capital+ interest+ costs. We received the capital plus interest but the banks appealed against the costs. We won the appeal bu only to the 1st instance which is apparently the largest amount. However its been 2 years since we were notified now solicitor did warn us it would take time as the courts had to gather all the edicts? but 2 years seems an awful long time. Is there any further steps we can take without incurring more costs? We getting in years so would be nice to finally put thevwhoke sorry saga to bed.
