We also went with GM on a no win no fee basis. They succeeded in getting us our deposit back plus interest. Definitely worth contacting them for a chat.

Same here our case was heard in Valencia on May 30th and we had to attend, since then silence!!!!!

Our case was held last week in Valencia against Banco Poplar, and we had to attend. To our surprise all three banks had legal reps in attendance. Not sure how it will affect us should we win our case.

We are in same situation and have been told that if we fail to appear that court has no option but to  accept banks version of events?

I think and unless someone tells me otherwise it is so you can be cross examined by bank legal team.

Speak to your solicitor and take their advice, after  all that's what they getting paid for.
