We have given our bank details to the administrator and I have asked her if I need to contact my bank to arrange payments, but she has advised me, "You do not need to give orders to your bank, I will be sending the receipts every month".

Hi

We had Christmas lunch at La Encarnacion part of the old Hotel, which is on the sea front in LA, fantastic food lovely suroundings if alittle more expensive than some, but worth every penny.  Have had good food at El Patio and they did squeeze us in on a very busy night but you really want to be a meat eater to enjoy it.

If you fancy a trip go to Cabo de Palos small fishing village and eat at Restaurante Miramar on the harbour front, really friendly and helpfull staff and the food was good too.  There is also a boat which will take you out diving and then cook you Paella.

I agree that the Chinease restaurant in Santiago De La Riberia if very good, again great staff, good menu and not too expensive.

Finally Restaurante Tropical in LA near Real de Feria parade of shops, has the best Tapas we have found so far.

Completed in February!!!  I have emailed Maria to point out we received no notification of the meeting and to ask when the garages will be ready.  Would be grateful for a copy of the minutes when they are available.
