Like all of my neighbours I am resident, nobody has any English reg cars and we all pay our taxes except for the bloke who lets his house out. There are several other houses that regularly get let to holidaymakers but we never hear anything from them, its only this one house.

The other thing we all have in common is that we want our peace and quiet respected, is that too much to ask. The old boy next door needs to have an afternoon nap, we all respect that and between 2 & 5pm we all stay indoors and avoid making any noise, fine until the holiday makers arrive.

I like living on Camposol most of the time but its not somewhere I would go on holiday. If these people want a raucous holiday then go to Benidorm. Lets face it all you see here are bored kids, there is nothing for them to do so they go and kick balls around in the commercial centre, where are the parents?

Thank you for your input but this is Camposol, it is a residencial estate, not a holiday camp.

These people keep coming and the whole street plus neighboring streets are fed up. You can't approach these people with out getting told to f... off. I think next stop must be the Town Hall and the Guardia, who I have been told can instantly evict them as they are not in possesion of the necessary paperwork.

We have one neighbour whose house is rented out to different holiday makers virtually every week.

Our peace and quiet is spoiled by screaming kids all day long with drunken parents joining in as the night progresses.

We have asked him to advise his tenants not to make so much noise but to no avail.

We know this is an illegal let, is there any pressure we can exert to get this situation under control. All we are asking is a bit of respect, we live here all year round, he never does.

I am resident in Spain, have my own home, all taxes paid. I also have business interests in the UK and in the near future I will have a need to drive back and forward between UK and Spain. Rather than wear out my private car here in Spain I am intending to use a vehicle owned by the UK company, registerred, taxed, insured etc in the UK but not owned by me. Is there any restriction on how many times a year I can drive to Spain and how long the vehicle can remain here between trips.

 Arguing over the virtues of Benidorm over Madrid is way off the problem of Spains continuing economic decline.

The problem stems partly from the fact that the spanish could not organise a p...up in a brewery.

I live on a large urbanisation of some 7000 people but the council are now some 12 years late in issuing our certificates of habitation and so the vast majority are not paying their taxes, IBI etc. Can you blame them.

If you go into the village most of the local shops can't be bothered to serve you so we stick with the English shops on our urbanisation or hop onlin with Amazon or Ebay.

None of this helps the spanish economy.
