Having recently purchased a one bed apartment on the UGR July 2017 we are over the moon with our lovely aparment and beautifully kept complex.
We were quite put off before buying - due to negative comments we read on line and when we first went to view before we even got to the complex, when we asked for directions we asked questions about it and they too were negative.
However, I knew the complex looked very good on rightmove as I had been watching this complex for four years....
Apartments are very nice and they do have a lovely finish to them - they are very spacious - the complex is exceptionally well kept and maintained - the aparments are not on top of each other - and it is a lovely place to stay with the peacefulness as well as the lovely views to look out at.
We hire a car and go off everyday to different resorts and beaches to explore - other golf resorts are on our doorstep - we often go to Hacienda Requelme for drinks and dinner and we are looking forward to venturing out to the other golf resorts which too have Restaurants....on our next trip.
It's a great bolt hole for us, and for the price it was a win, win situation.....£30,000 with fees....

Great shopping Centres.....
