Cameron hasn't done this with "British interests" in mind ..... he's done it hoping to win the next election. And if he wins, why should he stick to his word and have a referendum ? He's not stuck to his word on so many other things, including "We won't reform the NHS" before embarking upon the most drastic changes in 60 years ! He is just a PR man, ....... a good one, but he cannot be trusted on anything.

I am certain that there's a problem with my electricity meter..... I had an enormous bill in August, and again in November. My bank manager tells me that others are experiencing the same ! I have a tenant, and he is refusing to pay the bill because he wasn't even in the apartment for several days in Oct/Nov, and he turned the power off. Does anyone know who I should contact ..... I've tried Endesa, but my spanish is non-existent. I would appreciate help ........

Last week, I visited for the first time in two years, and I have to agree ........ What A Difference ! Well maintained, plants growing, good atmosphere, and secure, so it looks like the place it was originally advertised as. I met one of the committee, and had a long chat ..... it seems that he knows what he's doing, and is determined to ensure that CDS is one of the best situations if and when the market turns. My daughter visited about 18 months ago, and she had a great time, even though she decided against hiring a car, so she walked / bussed everywhere .... and was very impressed.

So in the next few years, when all the re-possessions have been "processed", Casares Del Sol should be thriving ...... but you've got to be in it for the long term !

Tracey has left ....... well, there's a shock. It seems to me that people leave the Spanish property "industry" when they feel that they can no longer con gullible people. It happens all too often.
