If you continue on the main motorway to the next exit (signposted Vera) it cuts about 10-15 mins from your journey depending on how fast you drive!! This road brings you out at the Valle de Este Golf Village where you turn right following the signs for Vera, continue on this road to turn right at the garage (car showroom think they sell Kia's) then continue to the Bull Ring RAB turning right onto the by-pass, five minutes later your home.......WELCOME!

The back road from Vera to Thalassa is still full of craters, (worthwhile considering giving it a miss if you're in a hire car), far better to continue along the by-pass to the junction just after Mercadona (signposted Puerto Rey), at least you are on fully made-up roads and less likely to lose your exhaust!!

The awnings are available in the beige colour "off the shelf" and in a yellow and white stripe also (although this isn't the option for the owners on Thalassa!)

Just got back from Leroy Merlin at Cartagena and noticed that they do an array of awnings.

Don't know what the cost are, but maybe worth a look if you are into your DIY?

As you are now an owner on Thalassa (I am too, anda full-time resident to boot!!) you should join the owners forum so that you can be kept up to date with events which concern you.
