I'm hoping someone out there can help. I'm at the end of my tether. Someone from Polaris called regarding completion on two properties on la isla. My girlfriend called to speak with them but the lady in questions English is poor so could not understand her.

 

I have emailed Polaris close to a dozen times and they refuse to answer my qusetions;

when are the apartmenst going to complete

What are the next steps

How does my bank get the keys to arrange a valuation

etc etc.

 

She insists that she needs to speak to me on the phone. I'm on the phone all day and do not hav ethe time, plus it is better to have evrything in writing.

 

I have compalined to customer services who pass the compalint on to the lady in question. Ridiculous.

Hi has anyone got a Directors email at Polaris. I cant get any sense out of them they refuse to answer my question s by email . My wife has tried speaking to the completions department but the lady in questions English is so bad she cant understand her.

 

I just dont have the time during the day to call. I've asked dozens of time by email for a progress update , a mortgae company reccomendation and they refuse to put anytjhing in writing , insists that she has to speak to me.

I'm probably being paranoid but I can't understand why .

 

I've applied through a mortgage to mortgage4 spain but was wondering if anyone had any other options.

I wonder if someone can help. I'm struggling to get any sense out of Polaris. Whats the definition of completed? Is it when the habitation certificates are issued?  I'm trying to undersatnd what happens next.  When do you have to pay the reminder of the money is it it on completion?

Good to hear that som eof the facilities are available, is there actually a golf course on th eresort at the moment or not yet?
