I guess ITV is looking for people like Carol and Ian Chatterton who have not only lost their property in Spain, but also bank is trying to take their UK home from them too. Sad really!

According to various Spanish news outlets the house developer firm PRASA is filing for bankuptcy. It follows last week´s announcement of the Noriega filing for bankrupty.

My auntie has paid thousands in advance for an off plan property. Any idea how to claim it back??
