With the will of God Im hoping to drive my car to Spain next month ,she is a W reg Freelander and I realise she may not be coming back to the UK with me.

I have already found out that I will have to get an insurance company that will cover me out there ,any suggestions?

Also,I am told I will have to re-register her at some time,can anyone offer any advice on this ,how to go about it,when,where cost etc.?

I have a fiend living in the Murcia area who tells me that the Spanish have just recently introduced some new laws regarding dogs where different breeds have to be registered and have to have  a licence,do any of the members have any knowledge of this ?

Having read all the stuff above,one issue that appeals to me is "Medical".My wife is 51 this year and she is in the process of being pensioned off from work due to athritis in her knee(s).We intend to come out and rent next year to see what its like but can anyone tell me that the climate or anything else in Spain has been a benefit to athritis sufferes? My wife needs convincing more than me but please be honest with your replies.
