the bank will not conduct a full survey as part of the mortgage process, the bank will undertake 

a valuation on which they will calculate the loan to value, normally 60-70%.

Regardin the outbouse, ask the vendors if they have the permission de obras for this.

We advise all our clients who purchase on the Costa del Sol to engage a property management company.

Even if you contract the minimum service of a cosit once a month, you can easily spot small problem and take immediate action.
