Thanks for your reply.

I was considering at an apartment on Entre Naranjos.  Two of my friends have apartments there and I have managed to get a rough idea of costs from one of them.

We have stayed in the area for quite a few years so we are used to the area etc.  It is good to here how successful the community events are.

Hi

I have been considering buying here for a while and was wondering if anyone could tell me the rough costs throughout the year.

i.e. community fees, etc.  Electricity, Water and general things like that.

I am not planning on living there full time so that will make a difference.

I absolutely love the area and have been holidaying there for the last ten years and have decided that this would be a good move.

I would be interested in anyones comments - Good and bad!!
