Hi Monica,

Look up Georgia on here. He is a massive font of knowledge when it comes to property in this area. Even for an Estate Agent,  He is honest and trustworthy. He lives in the area and has done for a number of years therefore his local knowledge is huge.

I do have to warn you.  Please careful while your looking, a lot of Agents in this area hike the buyers price up by around €20,000. What you see in one shop window may be with someone else at a lot cheaper.

I bought directly through Georgia and everything was 100% transparent. he will tell you the whole process and guide you through everything from enquiry to taking the keys. He also completely cut out any other "Agents" involved so I was dealing with him direct.

Try Shaun who posts on here as Georgia, I bought through him and he dealt with everything every step of the way. He can find exactly what you want at the right price. I found when I was buying that a lot of other agents in the area add about €10-20K on the price of the proprerty.

Are there any private owners out there who have a 3 bedroom detached property in the Quesada area available for long term rent?

I need fully furnished, available before August. A private pool would be nice, but communal is ok

I am looking around the €600-700 per month mark.

Hi All, I havn't posted on here before but after reading this thread, I just had to add my 10 pence worth.

I bought off Shaun (or Georgia as he is known on here) while I was still serving in the Army about 12 months ago. I have to say that his dedication to ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted was unsurpassed. Both He and his wife bent over backwards to help with our transition to Spain went as smoothly as possible. He sorted out everything from NIE to Residencia. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Shaun always answered all my queries promptly and with answers to every question. If he couldnt answer the question there and then, I always got one the next day.

as I say I fully recommend Shaun and I already have done to all my friends.
