Hi all pending completions people, we had a date to complete of last week on the 18th of July, we went over to carry out the signing only to find out that Polaris didn't have the 1st certification of habitation in place, our solicitors advised us not to sign, so now we don't know when we will get occupation we had movers booked and flights booked for mid July they all have to be cancelled.

Please be mindful that it takes upto 30 working days to get the snagging completed and 5-6 weeks to get the utilities connected this was told to us at the snagging meeting.

We had some bad snags in Jardines 4 with cracked and chipped floor tiles 8 in total they asked did we want them filled (on your bike replacement is the only solution), the kitchen units were put up without the use of a spirit level, grout missing from outside quarry tiles, and the front door bladly scratched, worktops scratched in 2 places, some body had been using a hole saw and drilled striaght through what ever and left a lovely circular saw mark just outside the toilet door.

I hope you all have a better experience than we have......................

Hi for Info purposes

Just had Polaris customer services on the phone after I emailed them with concerns after last weekends visit to he site,

The Jardines town centre is still being built, this summer there will be a Coffee shop and a restaurant with the rest to follow, no mention of a general store though.

All worktops will be Silver in colour throughout the whole development, the show apartment have beige as examples only.

We have some photos if I could only work out to upload them.

Spent Friday night there just gone, woke up to a great view from the Hotel looking over the harbour, just used the Hotel for 1 night as we were visiting Condado De Alhama the next day,

flew into Murcia got lost went over the hills not recommended late at night,

People really friendly good night rates from the Hotel

Hi, we went over to the above at the weekend under our own steam, after speaking with the site agent we were told that the town in the middle of the Jardines isn't getting built has anybody else heard this, I'm trying to get answers out of the completions team.

The standard of finish was very good, if its rolled out across all of the units to the same standard should be a great place to be........

We are completing around the 18th of June, is anybody arranging transport after this date but before August would be interested, we are in Liverpool.

Does anybody know what the service charge is going to be can't get this confirmed also !!

I'm a spark if anybody needs any help.......................
