The Entity fees for 2011 are now due and your first instalment should be made before the 15th January to avoid any penalties.

All owners who have advised us of their e-mail addresses have already been advised of the payment methods available. Those without e-mail will have these details in writing in their post box within the next few days.

It is your legal responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time.

Should you still have any query as to how much and how to pay then do not hesitate in contacting a member of the committee.

Hi Roberto

As Myra states, we are actually classified as an arm of the Town Hall and are therefore called an Entity as oppossed to a Community.

However your view point is appreciated as is the information provided by Myra.

We have this morning received official notification of an EGM to be held in the bar on Monday 5th October at 5.00 & 5.30 pm.

It is important that anyone unable to attend gives their proxy vote to someone who will be attending.

Although we have already been down this route we must ask for this again to comply with the meeting regulations.

The information we need is :-

Your Name(s)       Your ID ( NIE or Passport No:)       Your Property Number     Name of person to vote on your behalf   &   Date

This MUST be in our possession by the 1st Ocober to enable us to register it with El Trampolin prior to the meeting.

Send all replies direct to Paul Leno or any other Committee member. (will not put e-mail addresses on this general forum)

We will be in touch on Paul´s return should there be any other requirements.

Whatever happens we must keep a united front so that we can hopefully take control of OUR urbanisation sooner rather than later

1. As suspected, there appears to be a deliberate attempt to delay the decision within the council. Whilst the identity of the culprit is almost certainly known it would be virtually impossible to prove intent at this stage.

2. In fact, this delaying tactic is a good sign in that if the decision were likely to be made against us then it would already have been made. The delay is, in effect, just the last attempt to get as much money in as possible before the Entity is handed over to us.

3. A formal letter was prepared, which will be lodged with the Town Hall tomorrow, complaining about the delay, the so called ‘community charges’ and the demands for payment for Water & Electricity (for those residents not on direct supply) being requested by Antonio and the threats of legal action being made for non payment.

4. The letter further advised that this situation cannot be allowed to drag on and that, failing a decision within the next 14 days, the owners of properties on  El Trampolin will demonstrate en mass outside the Town Hall offices in order to bring this matter to the attention of the public and the press.

5. The identity of the “Administrators” ( AF Grumediter) shown on the letter, delivered by El Trampolin, demanding payment of the ´Community Fees´ was established to be of a company that is no longer trading. Jose Ramon is, in fact, considering taking legal action in this respect. He made it clear that these demands have no legal standing and should be ignored by everyone. In short: DO NOT PAY!

6. With the likelihood of the Entity becoming an active force in the near future there is now a pressing need for the articles of the entity (36 pages of legal Spanish)  to be translated into English. We have had a number of offers to arrange translation in the past but, sadly none have actually materialised. You will recall that previous ‘quotations’ have ranged from 2,000 to 20,000 euros! We now believe that we can get this done professionally for around 400 euros.

7. To enable this translation (and of other necessary legal documents) to take place we have finally reached the point where we need to ask you to provide us with some funding – up until now the committee members have been paying any costs incurred. Rather than ask for the 100 euros originally discussed, when the owners first met last November, a payment of only10 euros per house should be sufficient for now.

8. This payment should be made, as soon as possible, to Derek (No.29) who will issue you with a receipt. For non resident owners we would ask that you arrange for a resident friend / neighbour to pay on your behalf if possible or, if not, then via our UK committee members who can then transfer a lump sum to Derek. 9. A further meeting of the committee is planned to take place at the offices of Jose Ramon at 12.00 on Thursday 13^th August after we have had a chance to read the translated document.

MURCIA. La promotora del Residencial El Trampolín se defiende de las acusaciones que han realizado los vecinos de dicha urbanización en los últimos días. Los residentes de la urbanización, que se encuentra en el kilómetro 13 de la carretera de El Garruchal, en la pedanía de Gea y Truyols, presentaron entre el lunes y el miércoles de esta semana una querella criminal contra los promotores por un presunto delito de apropiación indebida y estafa.
 

Word for word translation is :-

MURCIA. The promoter of the Residential El Trampolin defends herself of the accusations that there have realized the neighbors of the above mentioned urbanization in the last days. The residents of the urbanization, which is in the kilometre 13 of the road of The Garruchal, in the pedanía of Gea and Truyols, presented between Monday and Wednesday of this week a criminal complaint against the promoters for a supposed(alleged) crime of undue appropriation and it(he,she) defrauds.
 

Seems like we have ruffled a few feathers here. This was the Company reply in today´s El Faro newspaper
