Just a few bits on telefonica. They seem to indulge in inertia selling and bill you for stuff you haven't ordered or may not need. The remedy is to call them on 1004 and ask for an English speaking operator. Then spend 10 mins explaining your grievance. After you do this 5/6 times they will give up and refund you. They are doing exactly what you think they are doing and there are no honest mistakes.

Thanks for the pointers. I have been doing some research and it would seem that our Administrator is feared locally and I have been advised not to push this too hard. It appears that there is big money involved with the building contracts and it's all quite heavy. One further point. Is it normal for community funds to be kept in the Administrators Bank Accounts. Is this normal?
