I doubt very much if you will have much luck with Polaris. if you need someone to look at the air-con privately I can personally recommend Heating and cooling solutions. His name is Mike and his telephone number is 686 356 591. i had a problem with my air-con in Mar Menor 2 and had 2 different companies out to look at it. After a lot of head scratching they quoted me large sum to replace the circuit board. A neigbour then suggested this company, who came out and had the unit repaired within an hour.

Hi All,
Check out the HR page and you will read more r.e this guy and our experience with him. You would not give you hard earned cash away as easy at home so why do it here, hairbear has it spot on, always use a LEGAL company for all your needs here, we may be slightly more expensive(as we pay our taxes etc) but you have the assurance that things are done properly and we are here for the long term.

Unfortunately, this is the only taxi firm who operate in the area. They all have their own zones and are not permitted to work outside them.

I know the so-called interior designer you are talking about and unfortunately have also been conned by him, not us financiallybut clients we referred him to. We are a LEGAL property managment company and during the last year we were inundated with clients wanting furniture, decor etc. We had not time to do all this and came across D** who seemed to know what he was talking about and we could trust with our clients needs.All started well but unfortunately this didn't last long, to cut a long story short he has not finished any of our clients properties to the standard he promised and was paid for. Some only need the finishing touches but the others are nowhere near ready to be inhabited or rented. To date I reckon he owes in excess of 12000 &euro worth of furniture and labour to my clients and I know for a fact one furniture supplier is after him. I thought he had done a runner but spotted him in Sucina on his bike the other day and know he is still touting for 'fresh meat' as someone else had seen him with people giving them the sales patter.My advice would to be to do as hairbear says and for gods sake do not use this guy or anyone who cannot provide you with all the necessary legal requirements.
